My skills are limited.....
I am, creating a spreadsheet for a group of children.  They can complete 1
of 3 tests according to ability and I want to create a function where if test
type is selected (a,b,or c) then a corresponding lookup table can be selected

Im using the LOOKUP functions a couple of times in a workbook and it works
correctly in all places except one.  Here's an example of what is happening:
     A         B
1    Jane     20

Is there anyway that I can add two cells ie.
cell 1 - (5 - Oranges)
cell 2 - (6 - Grapes)
and get a sum of 11 in the third cell...i cant just use the sum

Is there a function that will allow me to display a number (such as 2,435.00)
in the French euro format ( 2 435,00)?
I haven't found a way to format numbers in this fashion that still allows
them to operate as numbers.  (At least, not as the correct value.)

I need to create an array formula with 3 criteria.  I have done it with 2

I would like to compare 2 columns values.  the "+1" is still value.  For example there are 1406 in column A and 14061 in column B in this case the whole row should be deleted from the workbook.
Is there a way to do it with a macro?

A workseet contains a lot of INDIRECT() functions, each INDIRECT() function
contains a link to another EXCEL file.  Seems other EXCEL files should be
open, otherwise, reference error occurs.  Because there are many other EXCEL
files, it is uncomfortable to open many EXCEL windows ...
