I need to find the difference between list of dates and the result should be
in months - for eg. 01-01-06 minus 31-12-06 is equal to 12 months.
I am sure its an easy fix but i think i am not using the right date format.

My insert row / insert column command buttons in my tool bar are light in
shade and don't seem to be available.  Any reasons why?  As a side note, my

I am having trouble with the if function for comparing two cells with the
same text.  The function will not recognize the two cells as the same text

I neet to make a sub total for each change in month
I know it is possible to split the coloumn so I can get the month in a  
coloumn of its own, but how do I do it

How do I delete all the blank rows throughout my workbook after unmerging
cells in Excel?  There has to be a better way than scrolling through and
deleting each blank row.  At least I hope there is :-)
