Hey Gigs... Need your guidance... I need to find the difference between list of dates and the result should be in months - for eg. 01-01-06 minus 31-12-06 is equal to 12 months. I am sure its an easy fix but i think i am not using the right date format.

I am having trouble with the if function for comparing two cells with the same text. The function will not recognize the two cells as the same text and sends back false than true. Does anyone knows why this is happening. Thanks
