When I try to use =SUM ( : ), to get a total for amounts which were calculated using formulas referencing amounts on another sheet, nothing happens (I do not get a total).

I have a single column of data. There are several occurences of the text "PAX" and always there is a number in the cell below. Is there a simple formula I can use to sum all these numbers up? Tried a sumif but no luck.

I need to have an excel file 'expire' 3 months after first installation. Is it possible to build something into the program so that it will read the date on first use and stop functioning after a set time , perhaps with a popup too?
