I'm putting together a spreadsheet with revenue and gross profit numbers to
send out to my sales staff. My boss mentioned that he'd like a disclaimer on
the spreadsheet that the information is privileged, confidential and should
not be shared.

I'm not real experienced in entering functions and I want to pull into a cell
the week of the year and year. The data is coming from a cell like 1/9/2008.
I know how to create the week of year but I do not know how to add the year

I have a list of dates (consecutive weekdays - some holidays) in Column D in
Sheet2.  In sheet1, I have a reference to those days.  For example in A3 I
