I have a Summary worksheet that summarizes parts and labor entered on other
worksheets.  One section should pull data from the Misc.Parts sheet.  I would
like it to only pull data for lines that have a number >0 in cells A17:A216,

I am working in a spreadsheet in 2007 and all of the features in the data tab
have become unavailable.  I need to use the What If feature.  What can I do
to turn these features back on.

I would like to allow users to change certain cells but not the formulas in
other cells.  The "Protection" feature doesn't prevent someone from changing
one of the cells with formulas.
