Is there a way to change the properties of an inserted row, column, or cell?  
For instance;
Certain cells are highlighted a certain color.  I then perform a subtotal
(data>subtotals).  New rows are now inserted based on my subtotal criteria.  

I want to format a cell or column in a worksheet to always round up the value
to the nearest integer.  My skills here are limited so please reply in
"layman's" terms.

I have column filled with dates that, unfortunately, are text and therefore
cannot be viewed as numbers. The problem I have to solve is to count all
dates in the column that represent a day in, say, October (or any month). My

If I understand it right, I cannot do this:

month.
Is there a way to run a find and replace of the month on all the worksheets
in a workbook? (Example: the tab text is 01.dd.08. Goal -- replace all the 01
