I have a workbook which shows salaries for a number of employees over the
last 10 years.  I need to find the average of the three highest consecutive
salaries over that period.  The columns are ordered by date so it is not
possible to re-order each row.

I know there is probably a better place to ask this, but this is all I have
access to at work.  Someone has changed how you move around in Excel and it

Okay, I have my lookup to zero but now realize that in the future that will
