I have a column (Excel 2003) that contains several dates in mm/dd/yyyy format
and I would like to be able to obtain the average number of MONTHS in the
group of dates.
I could, if it made it easier, add seperate columns for - month - day - year

I've used the 'large' function to determine the first three largest values in
a set of numbers. Now I would like to display those values in one cell. For
example, I would like to display the top three values as 80, 73, 62.
