I created a 'shared' spreadsheet and made cells containing different
backround & font colors (say, white text on blue background).
The problem is, when someone else opens the shared spreadsheet, they see
different colors than what I've created.

When printing, I want to repeat rows at the top of each page, except the last
page.  Is this possible?

I am trying to count the # of times a value occurs in a column, the column
format is dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM and i want to count all occurrences between
7am and 8am, 8-9, 9-10, etc and have utilized this formula
=SUMPRODUCT((HOUR($I$15:$I$350)>=7)*(HOUR($I$15:$I$350)<8))

I have the following formula that I am having trouble with. If the lookup is
blank I would like the value to be 0.  It keeps coming back #NA. What do I do
now?

I'm trying to copy a formula in my spreadsheet but when I copy it doesn't
copy the formula to another cell, it copies the result of that formula to the
cell I'm trying to copy to. I've tried paste special and choosing formula

Not sure if this group deals with macros ... hope so
I've created a macro which successfully exports to PNG or GIF an image of a
Pie Chart.  I tried to use the same macro to export an Organizational Chart.  
Routine does not seem to find it.  Macro code is below.

I am using vlookup to interrogate a column of cells and if the value I input
is not found in the column I would like to move the input value to the 1st
open cell at the end of the column.  I don't know how to determine what the
1st open cell is without having to list each cell ...

I am unable to embed a Link or Object as these two functions are grayed out.
How do I enable them.
My spreadsheet is unprotected.

I am running excel 2003.  When I enter anything (numbers, letters, ect) into
excel; excel automatically puts an 'apostrophe' infont of it:

Does anyone know how to get this to work using the 3-light conditional
formatting in Excel 2007 using the reference to another cell? I need it
pretty much the same way as listed above, but it is not working for me.

How do I please get the result of the 'formula' to show BLANK when no date
is entered in the source field?
When a date IS entered in the source the display/value shown is fine.

When I delete or change information on one worksheet, it automatically makes
the same change to all the worksheets.  It has not always done that, so what
have I done to cause this change?   How can I fix it?  Thanks, Confused

I am trying to convert data I receive to a specific format.  I receive social
security numbers as text, occasionally the file comes over without the dashes
between the numbers.  I tried converting the text to number and then did a
custom format to include the dashes.  This works ...

I am creating a time sheet.  I need to convert a time format (7:30) to a
decimal format (7.50).  How do I do this?
