I created a 'shared' spreadsheet and made cells containing different backround & font colors (say, white text on blue background). The problem is, when someone else opens the shared spreadsheet, they see different colors than what I've created.

I am trying to count the # of times a value occurs in a column, the column format is dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM and i want to count all occurrences between 7am and 8am, 8-9, 9-10, etc and have utilized this formula =SUMPRODUCT((HOUR($I$15:$I$350)>=7)*(HOUR($I$15:$I$350)<8))

I have the following formula that I am having trouble with. If the lookup is blank I would like the value to be 0. It keeps coming back #NA. What do I do now? Thank you for your help.

Not sure if this group deals with macros ... hope so I've created a macro which successfully exports to PNG or GIF an image of a Pie Chart. I tried to use the same macro to export an Organizational Chart. Routine does not seem to find it. Macro code is below.

Using Excel 2003 How do I please get the result of the 'formula' to show BLANK when no date is entered in the source field? When a date IS entered in the source the display/value shown is fine.

When I delete or change information on one worksheet, it automatically makes the same change to all the worksheets. It has not always done that, so what have I done to cause this change? How can I fix it? Thanks, Confused
