I am creating a time sheet.  I need to convert a time format (7:30) to a

I have got two sheets with names platform and participant check
In platform (colomns), I had specified the details for the training
participants like

Excel keeps auto-changing my formulas to include other nearby cells.  How can
I create and save a formula in a spreadsheet without the program changing my
formula?  Each day I have to correct the formula because Excel automatically
changes it.  I don't kow how to stop this from ...

When I am in a spreadsheet, I have tried typing in HDA into a cell.  When I
hit enter, it is automatically changed to HAD.  I've even tried changing the
spell check to ignore words in capital letters, but it still changes.  I've
also tried putting the ' before it, still changes.  ...

I want to calculate the number of banking days in a month, and so NETWORKDAYS
and its "holiday" argument is the relevant formula in Excel 2007.
For each date, I can use EOMONTH(date,-1) to get the start of the month date.
Try 1 Jan 2008 without any "Holiday" argument - the result ...

I have some experience of using Excel (2003), but cannot do anything other
than very simple VBA.  I have a piece of equipment (a blood glucose monitor),
which, being of US origin, displays dates as "05.22", when it means "22nd
May".  It displays times as "01:15 pm".

I (sometimes) have a row with numbers from 1 to 5...
What I want is: when I enter value = 3, and that value (3) already exists in
