I am wanting to find out if the NOW() function can be updated automatically every 30 minutes - i have a formula which changes a date to tomorrows if it is after 5pm - but the now function obviously doesn't update automatically. Can any bodyhelp?

Is there anyway I can use information on an excel worksheet to create multiple files? I have data on say 'Tab1'. I have subtotalled data by cost centers. Can I get a new file created in excel for each cost center ? Can I have a naming sequence assigned to this?

I received a worksheet with preset sorts for each column (each has a ascending/descending arrow). How do you do that? I have looked everywhere and can't find anything that even talks about this. Then again, it may be I don't know what this is called.

I have checkboxes on my worksheet that need to be grouped together. If there are 2 or more checkboxes I only want 1 of them to be checked, and the other(s) to be unchecked.. In other words if 1 checkbox value is true, I want the others in the group to be false.

I need to compute the number of years, months and days between dates. After doing so: if days >= 15 then add 1 to month and days becomes 0, then if months > 9 add 1 to year and then months becomes 0. I will need to do this for several rows and them sum up the individual columns
