I have the data below and want to do the following: In ONE cell, I want there to be a count of the IDs that have an X in more than one rule. In the case below, ID 1 would be counted, but ID 2 would not, ID 3 would, etc. Any help? Thanks!

I have my lookup table, which is has a defined name of Code1 (see below). Can a Vlookup formula that would look in cell CU4, which has the Code 10, and return the sum of all the Code 10's in the lookup table. In this example the result would be 12.

Vista SP1. Excel 2007 (Excel 2003 compatibility mode). I juts (painfully) discovered that if you use High Contrast the fill colors will not show in one's Excel workbooks. It would be nice to have a warning! Any way to resolve the issue?
