I am trying to get results from a vlookup table but I have multiple
identifiers with the different results.
E.g.
EMPX    Amount

I have a tiered fee schedule and I'm trying to calculate an IF formula to
capture the different levels.  Here are my conditions for an account balance

I want to use the contents of a cell as part of an INDEX lookup.  The

I'm not sure what to use to get this result but here's what I'm trying to do:

I have several large spreadsheets in 2007, each containing many columns of
numbers, dates, and text.  When I hit CTRL F and type either a number or text
in the box, it's found immediately.  When I try dates, "...cannot find the
data..." pops up.

I have 37 major categories that have 2 to 10 sub-categories for each
major.  I am trying to create a dialog box that will use a “Combo Box”
to list the major categories (was successful), and then use the data
from the major to output the Sub-categories in  “List box”.
