I have a word document, of which I am adding 5 or 6

I have a user who maintains a list of contacts in an excel spreadsheet

I am running Excel 2003 and this is my scenario:
System-1 is running workbook-1 with data in cell: A1  This data can change
from moment to moment either through user input or a VBA back-end.
Whatever the case, when this data changes, I need it reflected on System-2
