What I would need someone to do...is to write a statement in Excel (like an IF Statement), that would display a specific picture if a certain #/word/etc is typed in a cell? For example in A1 if I typed in ball, it would automatically bring up a pic...for example

I didn't create any links in two Excel 2000 files I was working on yesterday. But now everytime I open them they are asking if I want to update the links. 1. How do I find out what file they are supposed to be linked to? 2. How do I remove this so-called link?

I've created a template with data tracking using the wizard on my laptop. All the files including the database need to be moved to another computer. If I move the database, I get a message when I open the linked files that the database file cannot be found.

I use external links to another excel file. In a formula with such a link, external links only work for numeric values, but not for text. If a cell with a text is linked, the value #N/A is displayed unless the linked file is open.
