I want to make sure that if I send out a spreadsheet with a linked spreadsheet, that the people I send this to will not be able to open or display the linked infomation. Does excel make sure that this infomation cannot be displayed?

A colleague has a master workbook which is linked to several other workbooks, each week the workbooks are emailed out to staff who are not located on the same network or building. Each person inputs their data which is then emailed back to my colleague.
