I have a problem with my MS Excel 2002 (actually it exists in MS Excel 97 too). Every time I'd associated a hyperlink with the text inside a cell, the font will get change e.g. from Arial (size 10) to Arial (size 7). How can I instruct Excel to keep the original font setting without

I am looking for a way to convert linked cells to their actual (fixed) values in a workbook which is password protected except for the cells I use for linking. Would need macro which would find all non-protected cells and do something like copy>paste>values.

I have posted this question in the Excel area but have not recieved any replies, maybe someone here can help. I run Win200 with Excel 2000. I have a spreadsheet that is protected. Some of the cells are not locked so that information can be entered into them.

The standard "Import External Data" function in Excel makes it easy enough to obtain a single record in Excel from an Access database, but I'm trying to figure out how to use a figure in the spreadsheet in the MS Query.

I run Windows 2000 & Excell 2000 with service pack 3. I have an autoshape button that I have added a hyperlink to which opens a html file on a server. When I add the hyperlink and press the autoshape it takes me to the file ok.
