I have a 23Mb Spreadsheet which has links to various other sheets and
PowerPoint Presentations. When I select certain sheets to create a copy, the
following occurs
1. Book 1.xls created

We have a problem with linked cells.  We have a main spreadsheet which links
to other spreadsheets, the problem is that occassionally the linked cell
refrence is lost and the cells are replace by #ref.

I need to link from data in Excel into Word, however, I need to be able to
show various lines of data in the link, so sometimes there maybe 10 lines
of Data in the Excel spreadsheet, but other times there maybe 15 lines of
