Hello, I work with a system that prints out receipts on a dedicated little printer whenever there is a transaction. I want to be able to capture the information onto a laptop that I plug in instead of the printer, and end up with it all in an Excel spreadsheet.

On Sheet1 I have cells linked to cells in Sheet2, Sheet3.... (I did Copy and Paste Link). With about 20 sheets in a workbook, it gets difficult to go between Sheet1 and the rest of the sheets. Is there a way, e.g. double click on a linked cell on Sheet1 to activate the

I have an excel file A that use a VLOOKUP to retrieve data from another Excel file B. The data retrieved in B file is computed with diffrerent funtions that get data from a database.

I have 3 spreadsheets which I maintain to track sales. One for each of our branches and one which serves as a master. I've been manually typing the numbers in each sheet but I am sure there is a way that I can enter the numbers once in the master and reference the appropriate ...

I have a master workbook that then links into a shared workbook, open on different workstations, however when the master has a linked cell changed, the shared workbook does not update dymanically, is there a way do to this? Regards

A client has reported the following problem: He works in a corporate enviroment. They have recently upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003. He has a lot of workbooks that pulls data from sheets in other books, typically stored on a network server.
