I have a "Big" folder, containing several other "Small" folders, which
contain several workbooks in them.
Many of these workbooks link to workbooks within the other "Small"

For some reason, on only a few random spreadsheets that I'm working in,
formulas and links are not updating unless I goto the cell and hit a hard
return.  
I've already checked Tools - Options - Calculation set to Automatic.  Even

I am beginning a new engagemnt where I am inheriting a 100 + megabyte
spreadsheet that is actually being used as a "database."  For the last 5
years I've been developing Access applications and my natural tendency is to
propose that we move this to Access.

Workbook with multiple worksheets set up, worksheets having links to other
worksheets within that workbook.
A worksheet (with internal links) copied or moved to another workbook and
the links amended to the new (local) workbook, Saved and closed.

We are running Excel 2000 under Windows XP. There are several spreadsheets
residing in a folder on a server to which 4 people have their O drive mapped.
These spreadsheets contain links to other files within these folders.
For 3 of the people, the links work perfectly but for one ...
