I have a lot of Excel 2003 spreadsheets that I cannot change from a
thirdparty. When I opened them in Excel 2003 as was able to not update the
links and show the previous data.

each tab. Randomly, when a user selects one of these links, an error is

Problem linking values from one wookbook / sheet to anouther. Almost all
cells work fine but some do not, they do however if I copy/paste the lookup
value into a "search all sheets" and double click the cell in the source
sheet that contains the lookup value.
