Hi, having trouble have one column of figures produced by formula when I total up at the bottom of the sheet they are out by .02 do not know how to solve this problem, I have been into format cells to 2 decimal places but still differs.

I know you can use the little ' to turn a numberfield, with leading zero's into a text field, but I have several 1000 lines where I need this added. Is there a simple way to add these to cells with number values already in them?

I can't set the cell value to H:MM without it being a time stamp (ex: am/pm). Hence they will not add properly when summed. It turns to time no matter what I select. Even tried custom options. This is something that I've wrestled with for years! Please help

I'm transferring data from Excel to Access. One of the columns in Excel is going to be the primary key in Access, but right now there are redundancies in it. Is there any way I can use Excel to eliminate reduncancies in a column? Or do I have to eyeball it?
