I am tracking a 5 day sporting event that has stages and
legs within the stage.
I am estimating the time it will take to complete a leg,a

When I highlight a column or some cells I can not restrict a FINE and
REPLACE to those highlighted cells.  Can this be done so that it doesn't
search the whole sheet?  Using Excel 2003.

could someone tell me how to format this cell to get the correct answer,
current format is [h].mm;#;[Red]-[h].mm;
and its giving me a value of 1 and it should be -18:22

I was just wondering, is it possible to record a macro that can add
pattern to a cell?
Everytime i need to add a pattern to a cell, i have to go throug
Format|Cells|Patterns and then choose 'Thin Diagonal Stripe'.

I need to do a check on the time.. if it is after midnight but before 5am
then I need to minus 1 day off of the date.  How could I do this?
