Is there a formula to allow me to calculate a deduction
from a sum up to a certain limit then change the deduction
to another amount once this limit has been reached?

Using Excel XP SP3
I have 2 separate sheets of data coming from different time periods. Sheet
One has 1000 rows of data and Sheet 2 has 1600 rows of data.
Sheet One has some of the same data as sheet Two.

I want to type text in cells next to information that would be on a seperate page if printed. Is there any way to format the worksheet to NOT PRINT that page? I know you can just tell it not to (page range select) when you go to print, but the people this is for may not ...
