Hi again,
along with the gridline challenge, I can't seem to find a way to print
the row numbers..  is there a way to do that.
this document has 11 pages horizontally, and total pages for printing

I'd like to perform a very tricky lookup (in my novice opinion).
The first step is that given 2 strings (in the item row) in 2
different columns like this:

I'm using Excel 97, part of Office Pro Suite, and am trying to print
the gridlines in a large document.. I gone to page setup, clicked on
"Sheet" and ticked the gridline box, but it does not show in preview,
nor does it print the gridlines.. Am I forgetting to do something?
