I have names and addresses in a workbook that are all in separate cells. One
cell has first name, the next cell has last name. I want to combine those
two into one cell. How do I do it?

   I use Office 2002 with Windows 2000 and I would like to use the format
(500.00) when it is negative instead of  the minus sign when writing numbers
I do not have that option in the format cell, how come?
