In excel 2003 i'm trying to fill a formula. e.g cell c3 is equal to a3/b3.
However when i fill the formula down a column the resulting calculations are
equal to the value in cell c3.

How can I lock a cell to a maximum number of 30 characters?  I
sometimes happens that other users fill in a long sentence in a colum
