I find that inserting comments into spreadsheet cells and then printin the comments is difficult to use from the printed page. I print ro and column headings to provide reference for the printed notes page bu this is still not a great solution.

Is there a way to set the spacing for text in a cell? With tables in Word, there's the option to set the distance from the gridlines to the text on the sides and top & bottom. Is there some sort of option in Excel that would perform this also?

I need to save excel file as text file. The problem is i need tex file delimited with ~ (tilda). when i do save as, i am getting tex file with huge spaces. how can i do this? Thanks in advance.
