I've got Excel 2002 SP3.  I have an ad schedule that lists closing dates for
2005 magazines.  Some of the early 2005 issues (January and February) close
in November and December 2004.  March and subsequent issues close beginning

I understand that although backward compatibility is attempted, it is
nevertheless considered dangerous practice to use Excel 4 macros in current

Hi, I have two questions about Microsoft Excel:
1) How do I sort more than 3 columns? Under "Data" > "Sort", it allows you
to do only 3 columns.
2) How do I get rid of the page break lines in my spreadsheet?

When I activate Excel 97, the cells of Book1 are too small to such an extent
that I can't view columns & rows names!).

this is a problem I have been haunted with since ages:
I cannot mix Latin with Greek letters in the legend of a plot, such as
"(DELTA)G" where (DELTA) represents here the capital letter D (DELTA) in
Greek.  No problem at all in the title of a graph, or in a spreadsheet, but

when i try to change the formate of a cell i get "to many cell formates

I understand that NLQ printing is default in windows. Is
there any way one can get a quick draft print of excel
reports on a dot matrix printer by changing the printer
driver or fonts for instance? Thank you.

I emailed a coworker a spreadsheet and the icon showed as unrecognizeable
both in the email and when we moved it to the desktop.  When opened in
outlook teh "select program to open" dialog came up and when opened from the
desktop it opened in excel fine....
