Help... I have a spreadsheet that contains names and addresses. Some of the cells have text entered in all caps. I want to change it to PROPER text (first letter in caps only) but I am having trouble following the Help menu steps.

If I want to set all column widths within a sheet to the length of the widest cell, I know I can do this with Ctrl+A then clicking on the boundary between column C and D (for example), but is there a keybd shortcut for the clicking on the boundary?

Sometimes I can fit a lot of text in a small font into a cell. Other times when I try to fit the same amount of text into another cell, all I end up with on the screen are # signs. Thanks for the help!!
