How do you make a checkbox label equal a cell input? For example, the cell A3 = "Blue", how do you make the label for the check box say "Blue" so that if I change A3 to "Red" the checkbox label will now say "Red"?

If the word microsoft appears in the same column and below the cell I am editing then Excel sometimes suggests microsoft in the edit bar after I type m or mi. I can then hit enter and microsoft is put in the cell. Microsoft must be below the cell being worked on and not above

I have a 3mb Excel 97 worksheet which I am now having problems with and keep having to back up to revert back to because it freezes on opening. It is a passworded file and seems to stop about 80% through it's slow opening. I not sure why it is getting corrupted but is there anyway ...

For some reason, I get the Subscript Out of Range Error each time I open Excel for the first time. Once I answer the message, then I can work with existing or new workbooks with no problem. Does anyone know a straighforward (simple) way to get rid of this error for good? I

I didn't used to mind that Excel would automatically change my formula during a cell copy/paste, but I'm starting to work with some reall long formulas with several cell references in each, and I'm doing a lo of coyping and pasting. It's really getting tiresome having to manuall
