I have this formula :

Which is entered as an array formula in cell B2.  It is returning a value of
0 - this value is incorrect.

I am using office 2002, I am trying to lock a chart while still letting users
use a spinner.  I cannot do it by protecting the sheet, if I let users edit
objects, they can change the chart.  I have unlocked the cells I want them to
