Hi using excel 2003
I need to create a workbook so that when I am on the phone to one of m
clients I can ask them questions and reply with answers pre-stored i
the drop down box. Also I would like to have the functionality if i

Thank you for your comment. I will try and explain myself a bit better.
I have a CSV file that has to be put into some order, so I created
sheet in Excel that laid out a format for the page (sheet). While doin
the formatting I ran the Macro recorder which I later put into m

Is it possible to count cells in a range than contains f.e. "/" or that
begins with "/"?

I can change the color of text in a cell but when I hit enter to
change cells it changes the text on the screen back to black.
However, If i Print the document it prints in color and shows in color
in print preview.

I often have the need to add limit lines, average lines, Standard Deviation
Lines, etc., to charts, but the way I do it currently is pretty clumsy.  Is

I am a new excel user and i have to have a speadsheet for work tomorrow done.
My problem is that I need to make a chart that contains a heading at the
top, 4 columns underneth , and about 6 rows and  i need for the informations
that i put into the columns to stay in that column ...

I think there is a bug in the Excel Date calculations.  I am using Office
2003 and here is what I do
Under Tools->Options->Calculation, make sure you are *NOT* using 1904 date
formats

THis may sound stupid....
I have several sample file that end with .frm. They are writen in VB 5
and/or 6. (these are from ExceleTel and their TeleTools)
I would like to take a look at these, but when I try to load, I get an error

Transitioning from Mac to PC. Have Office 2003.
When I 2-click an Excel file in My Documents, Excel opens as a blank page. I
then have to do FILE > OPEN to navigate to the file.
