MS Word allows you to format a font, for example Arial as an "Outline" which
looks like an outline of each letter. How can I do this in Excel?

Weird glitch when upgrading Win 98 machine to XPPro - Excel will now not
open any file name with 27 characters (not including the '.xls suffix') or
longer. The error message asks to check file location & spelling. If
filename is shortened to 26 characters or less - opens fine.

Advice appreciated - When I copy and paste data phrases with hyperlinks into
excel 2003 i.e. several hundred lines all hyperlinked in column A, I can
turn off each hyperlink individually by right clicking the mouse and a 'turn
off' facility being there , but I can't highlight all ...

The euro dialog box appears every time I start Excel 2002.
I don't know what I did to get it to appear, but is there any way I  can
stop it from appearing automatically???
