I have recently noticed that all my excel documents now open with filename [SHARED] displayed in the title bar. I can now no longer edit graphs :-( The problem persists if I copy the workbook to another machine. Can anyone tell what my problem is and how to solve it

I have a spreadsheet where I import daily data into worksheet A. Sometimes there will be 5 rows of data and sometimes 1000+. Then inside the spreadsheet I have Worksheet B that runs some formulas based on Worksheet A.

I got exercise asking to enter formula to compute "the years of service" using "=(Today()-E2)/365" formula in cell "D2" in table where : cell E2 is Hire Date 11/24/93 and cell D2 is empty. Everytime i enter formula it keeps giving error result #VALUE.

I just created an excel catalog for my cd jukebox as I loaded the tray (300 discs). Now I want to alphabetize column A (artist) and have column B (album title) follow column A. Is there a way to do this? Thanks for all help.

I am facing strange problem importing Excel file to SQL Server using DTS. Certain cells which are having numeric values are not getting imported. I mean they appear as "Null" values on importing to SQL Server. If I add "'" in front of this numeric values it gets imported.

Obviously the number of rows and columns provide a limit to one extent. But by adding pivot tables charts etc, one can generate quite a large file.
