    Always in the past when I have created a new Workbook, it opened in a
new Window, separate from the Workbook that was already open. Now, today,
for no reason that I'm aware of, Excel refuses to put the new Workbook in a

I have a name column that contains both first and last names. Is there a way
to split this column to make two columns, one for first name and one for

If I highlight a cell with a color, it does not show on the screen --- but
it shows on the printed copy.  Is there a setting somewhere that will allow
me to see color highlighted cells on my screen?

At work, we do a lot of emailing of excel files to one another.  If you open
one via the email, the default save location is in a temporary files area.
This causes issues when folks don't know where to go to get them back.
I was unable to find information on changing that location.  ...

First time to use Excel, and I can't find the answer.  I have already set up
my sheet, and it has infinite rows and columns.  How do I limit it to just
