We are creating a form for vendors to fill that would contain many rows of data.  Most likely they will be
copying and pasting their data into it or dumping it from a database somehow into the form, i'm not really
sure, but I would like each row to get numbered as data is entered.  ...

I am struggling to find a solution to match my requirements & would

Using XL2003 on Win XP Pro with all the latest patches etc, a rather
strange thing is now occurring in the VBE.
Each time I open a file in Excel, it appears in the VBAProject list
(as per normal) and all works as expected ... no problems there.

I have a list of 100 company names in a sheet called: Names
In other sheets (not 100 sheets but about 30 sheets) I draw a graph of daily
price for those companies. Graphes are stored as sheet not as object and
