Is there a way, like in Word, to point Excel to a different location fot the Excel.xlb? I've managed to figure out how to get it to look for the templates in a different folder since at the office, for the first time, I'm using the network folder as the default folder. But

I want to label my colums in an Excel file instead of the A, B, C, and D that it comes with. I double clicked on the cell and typed what I wanted in the Name Box, but when I print my file it still has the A, B, C, and D labels.

I'm sure this is simple, but it is not clear to me... I am copying the contents of a group of cells that exist on one worksheet to another. In Sheet2, I tell cell A1 that it should equal Sheet1's A1 value. That works fine. But if the cell is blank on Sheet1, it comes up as "0" ...

I have a spreadsheet with a list of bills before the State Legislature. I'd like to be able to insert a new bill into the list and have the numeric labels, 1,2,3,4... automatically increase by 1 from the inserted row down rather than have to re-autofill all of them. I can't

Can anyone help with a macro. It is supposed to check if the cell in column A is empty and if it is delete and move the contents of B into A on deletion. I would post my workings but am too ashamed to do so.

I have an Excel spreadsheet that uses a query to get info from the database, this info is held in a list, each item is a replenishment available to be done. I want to be able to re-produce this list on a separate sheet but 4 at a time so they can be printed on sticky labels.

I have a column of data that has data in both number or text formats. I'd like to convert it all to text. How do I do that? I've tried the t() function and the text() function in another column with no success, although I'm not sure I'm using the right arguments.
