How does one go about disabling that wonderful feature of Windows help re -
sizing the Excel window so that you end up with a half - half (slightly
overlapping) view of the help window and the Excel window ?

I know in windows applications, ctrl-C will copy and ctrl-V will
paste. Are there any key strokes in Excel for "paste special" rather
than right clicking?

I am splitting a bunch of data into two cells using the
split into columns tool.  The data is structure:
xxx, yyy
I use the comma as the deliminator but all my yyy data

I don't know what a property is or how to use it, but I suspect it
might give me the answer to a problem.
What my workbook is used for is the user pastes data on the sheet in
the workbook.  With some macros, a copy of the workbook is made and

Can someone help me with the following issue?
What I am trying to do is add an amount of hours to a specific date, for example:
