I'm struggling through doing some binary math on excel.  Ugh.  You'd think
Excel is written by programmers, so they would see the value of having
some programmer-friendly bitwise math and binary, octal and hex formatting
stuff in there, if for no other reason than they could use it ...

If I have some numbers in cells A1:A8 and set up a custom validation rule in
cell A9 that says in the formula box =SUM(A1:A8) then I can enter that

I have a question about multiple conditional calculation. Here is my
