Hi - I have a series of cells which have number in them. I add conditional formats so that if the value in the cell is above certain thresholds the cell is coloured red/amber/green (traffic light repoprts). The thing is when the report is printed the numbers still show.

I like to use F5 to locate columns. I have migrated from MSWorks where a lot of my columns have Cell reference numbers eg FP1 FP2 etc Do I have to rename all these column labels?

In Excel 2003 on a Windows Server 2003 box, under Tools/Macros, all the macro options except Security are greyed out. Neither Detect/Repair nor Reinstall fix it. How can I activate these options? GaryK
