the cells containing particular colour.

Without changing any of the options to reflect the formula in a worksheet,
though an Excel worksheet function is it possible to return the formula in
another cell.
E.g.

that then sends the information to a new sheet in a list format at button

This may sound like a dumb question but how do I restore the command
bars in Excel. I've managed to delete them all while playing about with
