How do I prevent a workbook from being opened until a password is entered.  I
have tried the Tools>Protection>Protect Sheet>Protect Workbook and Protect
and Share Workbook.  But each time I save and close the workbook, I can open
it without entering a password.

I need some help, I'm working on a spreadsheet in which I have to cop
each value out on then paste into another app.
The problem is when go to double click into the next cell, excel jump
down to the last cell in the column.

I want to prefix these numbers with Page.. and have the results look this

I have a finite number of values that represent length (right now I have
less than 20 values).  Can Excel take these values and list all possible
combinations of the values?
Any pointers appreciated.

 I purchased a disc that has name,addresses ect on it. The format that it
is in is pdf. I can get it in excel and save it as a worksheet, I was told
that I could pull out names using the codes that were provided but how do I
do this?  Thank you

How do i transfer information on a Excel spreadsheet into a word mail merge
to make labels. I am new at this.

When copying and pasting data with colums from Excel to Word the colums
appear expanded and my picture is off the sheet.  Word thinks it is ok.  Word
will not shrink to fit.

can anybody help with time? i want to convert minutes into hours and
minutes.  for example i want to convert 7245 minutes into 120h 45m or
120:45, can't divide 7245 by 60 because that gives 120.75 which is no
good to me.
