I'm trying to transpose information (names) from one worksheet to another
within the same workbook.  I can do it on the same worksheet by using the =
sign then clicking on the box that i want to transpose.  However when I
attempt to do this in another worksheet I get an error ...

How do you convert xls to plain ascii text without having to install

Under Excel 2003 and with the help of many here in this NG, I have
designed a User Form to display the contents of some of the cells in a
workbook.
The way I did it was, in general, like this:

I am using autofilter on a two excel work sheets.
Randomly the drop down arrows locks up and will not display the drop
down lists.
If I uncheck autofilter and reselect the data then reselect autofilter

I have to put together some excel security documentation for my companies
users -- basic things like worksheet/workbook/cell protection, password
protecting a file, crossfooting, and processing controls.  It is going to be
used as a training guide.

I have two columns. One is a list of people's names. The other is either
"Accepted" or "Rejected" adjacent to each name.
Each person's name may appear more than once.
How do I count the number of times each person "accepts" or "rejects"?

I need to print a worksheet so the formulas appear, not the values.  How do I
do this?  

I have a spreadsheet with address data. Need help sorting the column data
with street addresses. The problem I run into is that I need to sort by the
letter of the street name, but it actually sorts by the number of the
street. Any way around this problem?

I am interested in combining pages from different applications, i.e. Word,
Excel, etc. and combining them into a single document to prepare a report.
Does anyone know of an application that would combine pages from various
