I have a spreadsheet that I have created with a few sheets in it, I have
been trying to copy a sheet from this excel document to a completely new
excel document.
When i try to drag the sheet over I get an error message telling me

I have just started a summer class that is basically an Excel class.
The teacher doesn't really show us how to do anything and I am a novice
excel user at best.  I have a lab that requires us to use VLOOKUP and I
am totally lost.  Anyone have any tips on a training website or where ...

Is it possible to create a formula that outputs a different result depending
on the background color used by a particular cell?
Something along the lines of:-
=IF(AND(A1="Test",COLOR=RED)=TRUE,"Test true","Test false")

Can i set up a sheet within a workbook that will give the date and the
username of every person who modifies the spreadsheet.
