Column b has the names of colours to match the numbers.
What I need to do is to sort the names of colours in column b

Can anyone help?  I have put validation on cells in a column to only
allow specific values (E and Q). I now want to force the entry to this
column to be uppercase  rather than having to remember to use the
<SHIFT> key.  Default entry, which is lowercase, fails the validation.

Using excel I am trying to create a formula in a cell to find an unknown
value when a known percentage subtracted from that value equals a known
value.
Example: X - 28% = 44

    I'm new working with excel. When i open up the program I have the 3
worksheets, everyhting looks normal, except I can not enter any data at all.
Most of the options on the file menu are in grey. I don't know what else to
