Is there a way to stop Excel from changing the last-modified date of
every file that is opened (even when no changes are made and save is
never pressed)? This is really screwing us up in the office because we

This is probably a simple question, but what I am trying to do is draw
a pie chart of certain number of values. Each of those values has a

Sorry another issue.  I have a spreadshseet with values in A1 B1 & C1.
Column B is hidden.  I want to copy the values in A1:C1 and paste these
into F1:G1 but i don't want the value in hidden cell (B1) to be included
in the pasted items.

We have an old spreadsheet that was originally created by Excel 2000.
It is a complex workbook with many formulas.  It does not have locked
cells, nor is it protected.
The problem, is that a bunch of cells will not allow for formatting.
