how do you set a group of cells to print to fit (maximize to one page size,
normally 8 1/2 x 11) on one (and only one) page?

I was wondering if i can use if else or switch sort of things as we
can do in c or c++ or like in java,
I have seen only like if but what hapen when we will be having more
then 3 conditions which can be checkes at a time and need to be done

I am having problems with dates in cells remaining consistent.
I always format the cells with date and select the format of the date.
Occasionally the format will change for some unknown reason.
Is there something I am doing wrong??

Let's say I have a '1' or nothing in column 'L' and a time in seconds in

I have a spead sheet with 25 rows and 90 columns. These rows have been
Conditionaly formated in such a way that there are 4 distince groups.
For example
Row 1 has numbers ranging from 1 to 400

I'm using Excel for text entries.  I selected one column, and formatted the
cell alignment to wrap text.  This has been working just fine until the last
3 entries, which have reverted to hidden text.  (I can see that the text is
there, but only a portion is showing.)  

I am using Excel as a database for records. I want to print out a worksheet
complete with comments. WhenI use Page Setup>Sheet I find that the Comments
Box is blanked out/unuseable.
Can anyone explain/help.
