Situation: I had a memo size field in MS Access. When I copied and pasted it into an MS Excel cell the text gets truncated? I can't believe that Microsoft has had about 5-6 versions of Excel and hasn't fixed this simple problem.

I have multiple lists of part numbers, both numeric and alpha numeric in varying digit numbers and wish to sort them. Is it not possible to sort a column based on reading the cell from left to right? ie:001, 111, 2, 22-33, 3, etc.
