I have a large spreadsheet, which is all the sales in my company on a daily basis. The data contained in cell O5 is the actual date based as dd/mm/yyyy with cell Z5 containing the monetary value of that sale.

I have a SS that I want to link to another. The other spreadsheet would have simply notes that would be regularly updated. Using the hyperlink functionality would there be a better way to do this i.e. with say, Word? I'm thinking long term text managment...

How would I create a formula that takes 2 different dates and determines the number of years between them to the nearst tenth of a year. For example, the difference between 1/1/03 and 7/1/05 is 2.6 years. If I use the DATEDIF function, I only get a rounded number.
